Bathmate is one of the bestselling and most effective pumps available. Designed for use in the bath or shower the Hydroxtreme 9 uses water rather than air to create pressure around the penis enhancing erection and penis size. The Bellows system now incorporates a new soft sealing, full support comfort ring to give you reduced pressure and greater comfort around the penis base and testicle region. As an added bonus, it is also removable for ease of cleaning. * For men with pre-pumped erection length of 7-9 inches (17.5-23 cm)

Andrew ★★★★★

The water pressure feels way more even than the air pumps I've tried, and I actually look forward to using it in the bath now. The valve up top makes releasing pressure simple, no awkward fumbling. Three weeks in and it's holding up great.

Lucy ★★★★★

Took a few tries to get the water seal right in the shower, but once I did, the pressure feels far more natural than the air-based pump I used before. The clear cylinder lets me watch the full effect, and it holds steady through my whole bath routine.
