Bathmate is one of the bestselling and most effective pumps available. Designed for use in the bath or shower the Hydroxtreme 7 uses water rather than air to create pressure around the penis enhancing erection and penis size. The Bellows system now incorporates a new soft sealing, full support comfort ring to give you reduced pressure and greater comfort around the penis base and testicle region. As an added bonus, it is also removable for ease of cleaning. * For men with pre-pumped erection length of 5-7 inches and a girth of up to 6.5 inches

Robert ★★★☆☆

Filling it in the bath is easy enough, and the valve releases without any mess. But honestly, the suction feels inconsistent depending on how I position it, so some sessions are better than others. It works, just not as dramatically as I'd hoped.

Avery T. ★★★☆☆

The water pressure definitely works and it's easy to use in the shower, but getting a good seal every session takes some fiddling and water always ends up everywhere. It does what it says, just feels like a bit of a hassle for the price.
